A PARTY FOR THE CHRIST

 People get wild and zany at parties and get excited for weeks about the national championship, football and basketball and every other. You won't find a church that has a hundred thousand in attendance in America. The bars and the avenues are packed up on the weekends but you won't find that kind of crowd Sunday morning. I would love to go hear a sermon and a sea of roaring worshippers around me. Nobody gets as excited about God as they do about their favorite team. God did something that The Florida Gators could never do. He saved you from going to hell by sending Jesus. Are you excited about this? Does your soul scream for him? It is something to be very excited about. Everything looks pale to me when I get deep down with Christ? We should throw a huge party every month just for Jesus. We can scream and throw our hands in the air and have a huge loud blast of joy and worship our savior. I get this excited for church. Every single Sunday is a God Festival. You should hang out with me. I get crazy when I praise God. He is all I have and all I will ever need. This God of mine is not fake and he breathes life into me. He can give all this to you... love... joy...peace... patience... kindness... faithfulness... gentleness and self control. Nothing else in the world will give you this to the level that God does. And still the world is not ecstatic about God. Are you excited yet? Is your hair on fire? I hope it is. There is no one like God. Lets get this party started. I brought some music along with me.
